Mumbai/Pune, September 21, 2022: IndoSpace, India’s largest developer and owner of Grade A industrial real estate and logistics parks, recently launched e-Bikes in Chakan I as part of its sustainability initiatives on Zero Emissions Day. IndoSpace’s next sustainability initiative seeks to provide an actionable solution to emissions arising from commutes at our smart parks.

To help its tenants and workers move throughout the industrial park, IndoSpace has teamed with Chartered Bike to offer e-Bikes and charging stations. These E-bikes would provide tenants, their staff, and all park visitors with a rapid, practical, healthful, and emission-free means of transportation within the park.

IndoSpace is continually modernizing and adopting new technologies to create intelligent, environmentally friendly parks that guarantee effective operations. One of the sub-themes that is a part of IndoSpace’s overall decarbonization plan, among many others, is sustainable transportation. The change will encourage our tenants’ employees to choose sustainable, active, and healthy modes of transportation. The e-Bikes will be moored at two important sites; the first one will be near the park’s entrance, and the second one will be at a suitable halfway point. Customers may easily use the service by following a few straightforward procedures.
