Mumbai June 24, 2022: By bringing on Lind Jensen Machinery (LJM), IndoSpace, India’s leading developer and owner of Grade A industrial real estate and logistics parks, extends its tenant base. Thecompany will build its first facility in India in Oragadam II in Chennai, where it will manufacture hydraulic pitch, lock, and accumulator cylinders for the wind energy sector. A total of €2 million has been investedin the project to date. This is great news for those looking for a warehouse for rent in Oragadam.

The 50,000 square foot plant is expected to start trial production by the end of July 2022. This is LJM’s second plant in Asia; its first is located in China and is currently functioning. LJM hopes to provide high-quality products with lengthy operating lifetimes through this project for both domestic and foreign markets. At the Oragadam industrial area plant, LJM will initially employ 40 to 50 people.
